小型X线机行胃双重造影检查的价值

摘　　要：目的 用小型X线机进行胃双重造影,使小医院改进设备与技术,使诊断领域拓宽。 方法 1984-1994年检查8066例,清洁胃环境,正确运用胃冲刷与精钡涂敷技术,翻滚8-12周,荧光透视下快速观察造影效果并摄取多体位点片。 结果 YZ-100mV(A组)成功率92.8％;F30-ⅡD200mV(B组)成功率93.4％,XG-500mA(对照组)94.0％。A组优质片率91.8％。B组93.4％,对照组94.0％。A组胃小区显示率76.8％,B组77.4％,对照组78.2％。A组X线与手术病理符合率76.0％,B组77.5％,对照组71.0％,无明显差异(P<0.05)。 结论 用小型X线机完全可以做胃双重造影术,可以在小医院开展。AIMS To evaluate a small type of a simple and crude roentgen machine to perform a double radiographic examination for stomach diseases in a small hospital to widen the diagnostic fields by means of im-povements in the technique and the equipments.METHODS From 1984 to 1994 8066 patients were investigated with cleaning the stomach surroundings, and correctly using the scouruing and the dessing techniques of the refined barium to the stamach for eight or twelve circles. The radiography findings were rapidly observed and photographed with many figure points. RESULTS Success rate: Group A ( YZ-100mA n=2580) 91. 8%; Group B ( F30-ⅡD200mA n = 4986) 93. 4%; Control group ( XG-500mA n=500) 94%. The rate of top quanlity flake: Group A 91. 8%; Group B 93.4%; Control group 94.0%. The imaging efficiency of the stomach: Group A 76.8% ; Group B 77.4% ; Control group 78. 2%. The findings were in accordance with the surgical pathology, Group A 76.0%; Group B 77.5%; Control group 79.0% (P>0. 05). CONCLUSIONS The small roentgen machine can completely perform a double rodiography examination for stomach in a small hospital.
