摘 要:对我科1993年5月至1994年4月期间住院病人分离的病原菌进行了分布分析,并采用Nitrocefin法检测了其产β-内酰胺酶情况.结果;分离获得的19种269株病原菌中,阴性杆菌达11种176株,占654%,以大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、肠杆菌常见,占其68.8%;阳性球菌8种93株,占34.6%,以金黄色葡萄球菌常见,占其375%.11种阴性杆菌均发现有β-内酰胺酶菌株,达81.3%,其中大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌、肠杆菌的产酶株均在85%以上;在8种阳性球菌中仅在3种葡萄球菌中发现,且80.6%的金葡菌产β-内酰酶。The distribution of pathogenic bacteria isolated from in-patients from 1993 to 1994 atour department was analysed and theirβ-Lactamases were tested by Nitrocefin. Among 19 apecies 269Strains of pathogenic bacteria. gram-negative bacilli (GNB) accounted for 11 species and 176 strains(65. 4% ). in which E. coli, K penumonia and Enterobacter wre predominant (68. 8% ); s. aureuswas the commonest strain in gram-positive coccus (GPS) which counted for 8 species and 93 stranis(34. 6% ). β-Lactamase-producing strains were found in all the 11 species of GNB (81. 3% ), andmore than 85% strains produced β-Lactamases in prediminant isolates. In 8 species of GPC, the producer was found only in stphylococcus,and β-Lactamases were positive in 80. 6% isolates of S. aureus.The results show that β-Lactamase-producing strains exist in most of the common pathogenic bacteroia isolated form in-patients.
