摘　　要：本文报告５例成人癫痫患者口服ＰＨＴ日剂量３００ｍｇ或不足３００ｍｇ发生急性中毒，血药浓度均超过治疗范围上限（１０～２０μｇ／ｍｌ），中毒程度与血药浓度呈正相关，表明由于药代动力学，耐受性的个体差异以及发热性疾病的影响，常规治疗剂量的ＰＨＴ可引起少数病例急性中毒。The acute toxicity of PHT was reported in 5 adult epileptic patients taking PHT 300mg or less a day.Tbeir serum drug concentrations were beyond the upper limit of therpeutic range(10～20μg/ml)and the higher concentration the more severe toxicity was.It was suggested that PHT of routine therapeutic dose may sause acute toxicity in some patients because of individual varia tion of pharmacokinetics and tolerance and influence of fever illness.
