眼球内疾病的超声诊断

摘　　要：本文１００例１１５只眼的眼球内疾病超声总符合率为９０．４％。其中玻璃体内呈膜状回声的疾病９０只眼，超声符合率９２．２％，玻璃体内呈团块状回声的疾病２５只眼，超声符合率８４％。本文讨论了以上两类疾病的声像图特点，并分析了各类疾病的误诊原因，认为Ｂ超诊断眼内疾病是一项简便、准确的检查方法。Ultrasonography was performed in 100 patients (115 eyes) withintraocular diseases with coincident rate of 90.4%. 90 of 115 eyes showedmembraniform echo in vitreous with coincident rate of 92.2% and 25 massecho in vitreous with coincident rate of 84%。The characteristics of theultrasonic displays in the two kinds of diseases were discussed.The causesof misdiagnosis in different imtraocular diseases were analysed as well as. Itis suggested that the diagnosis of intraocular diseases wuth ultrasonographyis a simple and accurate method.
