摘 要:用毛细管式粘度计检测35只日本大耳白兔肝血流阻断前后的血液粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原含量,同时进行肝组织学及肝功能检查。结果显示:与正常对照组(n=10)比较,第一肝门血流阻断30分钟后单纯缺血组(n=13)家兔的血液粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积显著升高,肝组织学及肝功能出现明显损伤性改变,而蝮蛇抗栓酶组(n=12)家兔的血液粘度无明显升高,肝组织学及肝功能损害轻,恢复快。提示肝急性缺血可引起家兔血液粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积显著升高,并伴有肝细胞结构和功能的进行性损害。蝮蛇抗栓酶具有降低血液粘度和改善微循环的作用,可以作为肝脏急性缺血情况下的肝脏保护剂。The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the blood viscosity changes in ischemic in jury of rabbits liver and the protective effect of ahalysantinfarctasum upon liver. Before and after occlu sion of hepatic blood flow, a capillary type viscomiter was used to measure the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen. Both morphological and functional changes of the liver were observed. The results showed that the liver subject to 30 minutes ischemia revealed a significant increase of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the ischemic group, at the same time both marked morphologic and functional changes of the liver were observed. Never-theless, the change of hemorheologic parameters of the pretreatment group did not show any significant difference compared with that before occlusion of hepatic portal, and had minimal changes morphologically. The study proved that blood viscosity increased obviously during liver ischemic injury and indicated the effective protection of ahalysantinfarctasum on liver.
