摘　　要：作者从“技术”作为一种方法论的意义出发,研究了技术及其技术方法论的常识意义和理论内涵.并且,在对科学理论→技术方法→生产需求的相互关系分析中,将技术方法论的系统结构模式确定为:发明的方法论→研制的方法论→评估的方法论.This paper discusses general knowlegdge and theoretical connotation of 'technology'and 'technological methodology 'in the sense of technology as a kind of methodology. Then, it defines the system structure mode of technological methodology as :invention methodology → development methodology→evaluation methodology on the base of analyzing the relationship among scientific theories,technological methods and production needs.
