摘　　要：本文记述重科一新属及一新种。Yinia capitionigra gen. et sp. nov. is described in the present paper.Genus Yinia gen. nov.Type species: Yinia capitinigra gen. et sp . novApterous. Antennae 14-segmented, secondarily annulated. Ocelli disappeared; first and fourth maxillary palpal segments with stout long setae. Lacinia with its apex divided into a small and a long teeth. Tarsi 3-segmented, claws without preapical teeth; hind tarsal segments without ctcnidia. Female paraproct with only long setae in trichobothria; gonapophses with its ventral valve long and pointed; dorsal valve broad; external valve simple; subgenital plate simple, distinctly sclcritized, without T-shaped seleritc.This new genus differs from Phallopsocus Badonncl, 1967 by the antennae 14-segmented, claws without preapical teeth, and subgenital plate without T-shape seleritc. It also differs from Neoscopsis Badonncl, 1986, in claws without setae and external valve with single lobe. Yinia capitinigra sp. nov. (figs. 1, 2)Holotypc (?) , paratypc (?)(?) , Mengla county (660m), Yunnan Province, 1993-iv-21.Habitat: in dead leaves and branchesThis new species differs from the othe species in body yellow, with black markings; head black.Type specimens arc kept in the Insect Collection of Beijing Agricultural University.
