摘　　要：通过中原油田与新西兰石油公司合作所打的三眼塘1井的钻井实践，介绍了外国公司最新的钻井技术。从钻头使用、钻井参数、钻具组合、井身质量控制、泥浆体系以及工具仪表诸方面对水井的钻井情况作了说明；并总结了与国外合作打井的管理特点，提出了在国内与国外公司合作钻井的几点建议，可供国内钻井界参考。The well No. Sanyantang 1 was drilled by the New Zealand Petrocorp andZhongyuan Oilfield. This paper presents the drilling practice at the wellsite. The bit perfor-mance, drilling parameters, bottom hole assemblies, wellbore quality control, drilling fluidsystem, tools and instrument are introduced briefly- The managment characteristics of thewellsite are summarized up. The authors give some proposals about drilling in the light of theexperience for years.
