定向井钻井周期与成本预测初探

摘　　要：定向钻井在中原油田的勘探开发中得到了广泛应用，但长期以来，关于定向井的钻井周期和成本问题，中原油田没有一个切合实际的统一标准，各钻井公司都按自己的标准进行成本计算，差异甚大。此外，与钻井成本密切相关的定向井施工进度预测，以前也没有一个方便实用的计算机程序。为了统一标准、统一管理，更好地调动每个施工井队的积极性，节约钻井成本，从1992年初开始，对全局近年来所钻的定向井进行了详细的统计分析，建立了一套计算定向井钻井周期和成本的数学模式，并编制了相应的计算机软件，经现场7口井的验证，总符合率达95％以上，具有一定的学术和实用价值。Directional drilling technology has been widely used in Zhongyuan Oil Field (ZYOF). But for the drilling cycle and cost of the directional well, ZYOF has not a unified practicable standard. Drilling corporations counted the drilling cost on their own standards, thus the cost is of great difference among corporations.In addition, the prediction of the directional well drilling cycle is closely related to the cost, there was no convenient and practicable computer program. To have a unified standard and management, arouse the enthusiasrn of each drill crew, save cost, we began to do statistical analysis for the drilled well information from 1992. Now, we have made up a series of mathematical formulae as well as a corresponding computer program for calculating the drilling cycle and cost of the directional well. Through the practical testing on 7 wells, the total coincidence rate is 95%, It has a greater value in academic research and practice.
