摘　　要：本文介绍了245例(257个耳)耳廓缺损畸形的整复治疗。对各种手术方法的适应证及术中和手术前后的注意事项进行了讨论。Roeonstruction of 245 Cases (257 ears) with defective auriculardeformity were reported S in this paper.195 eases of them were congenital deformity.They were reconstructed by the use of differentoperative techniques.Loss of a major partial auricle or entire earitself was reconstructed by the use of framework of costal cartilagegraft. Helical partial defective deformity was repaired by the use of advancement of auricular skin and cartilage. Loss of earlobe wasrepaired by the use of double subcutaneous pedicle skin flaps.Minordefective auricular deformity was repaired by the use of compositegraft,Free skin graft with subdermal vascular plexus or tube flap.According to our practice of recon struction of 257 auricles, operative indications and cautions were presented.
