日粮中钙含量对山羊血清胃泌素水平的影响

摘　　要：试验研究了日粮中钙含量变化对山羊血清胃泌素水平的影响及其作用机理.当日粮中钙含量由0.54%增至0.94%时,山羊血清胃泌素由165.83±19.69Pg/l升至208.73±11.78pg/l,差异十分显著(P<0.01).静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙(2g葡萄糖酸钙/h)后,山羊血清胃泌素较对照期增加57.6%,变化十分显著(P<0.01),这种增加可部分地为阿托品所抑制,提示这一过程由迷走神经胆碱能纤维所中介.皱胃灌注1.18%的CaC1_2溶液4.2ml/min后,山羊血清胃泌素比对照期高20.3%,提高十分显著(P<0.01).试验结果表明日粮中的钙可以通过直接刺激胃窦粘膜及经过小肠吸收进入血液这两种途径来影响山羊血清胃泌素的水平.Three local non-pregnancy female goats (average weight 22.6kg) were used to study the influence of variety in calcium content in diets on serum gastrin levels in a selfcontrol design. The experiment was carried on under barn feeding and was divided into three series. Series I,three normal intact goats were-fed basic and experimental diets during two different periods respectively. The two kinds of diets contain the equal crude protein ( 10.8%) ,digestible energy ( 2.6 Mcal/kg dry matter) and phosphorus ( 0.25%) but calcium. In control period,the mean serum gastrin concentration was 165,83?19.69pg/ ml when fed the basic diet containing 0.54% calcium for 30days. While provded the experimental diet which contains 0.94% calcium for 55days.mean serum gastrin concentration was 208.73?11.78pg/ l.The change of serum gastrin concentrations between the two periods was very significant statistically. The results showed as follows: Serum concentrations of gastrin and clacium increased. as dietaey clacium levels increasaed.but all values were within the normal range for goats. Serum phosphorus was unaffected by the level of dietary calcium.Series II ,in two fasted goats intravenous infusion of calcium gluconate for two hours in dose of 2g / head per hour caused very significant increases in serum concentrations of gastrin (average 57.6%) and calcium compared with control saline infusion. No increase in serum phosphorus was observed. Prior to administration of atropine subcutaneously(3.5mg/ head) partly suppressed the effect on serum gastrin concentration. It indicated that the increase in serum calcium can stimulate gastrin release by the G cells of antral mucosa and the process was mediated by a cholinergic pathway.Series ?. according to the method of Reynolds ( 1989) intra-abomasal infusion of calcium chloride ( 1.18%) for one hour at 4.2ml/ min in two fasted goats caused a pro-gressive increase in serum gastrin (fron 118?8.81 to 142?4.80pg/ ml) compared with the saline infusion. No significant change in serum concentration
