库存软骨异体移植的图像定量分析

摘　　要：0.1％戊二醛,甲醛混合液保存4周的猪透明肋软骨异体皮下移植1～5月后,图像定量分析移植软骨的细胞学形态参数及组织中 GAG 的含量。综合分析表明:移植软骨细胞仍继续保持其增殖分裂活性。提示软骨保存液及库存软骨的研究并应用于整形美容外科,前景十分广阔。The present article studied the cell's morfological parameters and the quantites of GAG by image analysis technique in porce cartilage that were preserved in 0.4% glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde mixture in a duration of 4 weeks,then allografted subdermal for a period of 1-5 months.The result shows that the cells density of the various experiment groups are all higher than those of the control's(p<0. 01).The result suggests that the cartilage cells keeps the property of mitosis and fertility.
