摘  要:1.观测罗斯鸡受精蛋203只,入孵开始时蛋重60.94克(SD=4.77),孵化期21天,减轻18.41%。2.入孵前,鲜蛋壳占蛋重1O.67%,蛋黄占28.90%,白蛋白占60.43%;干蛋壳占全干重29.58%,干蛋黄重占46.29%,干白蛋白占24.13%。至孵化第19日龄,白蛋白已全部被吸收;至新雏鸡时,鲜蛋黄尚剩余38.4%,鲜蛋壳剩余79.1%。3.刚出壳新雏鸡总体重44.5789克,占入孵开始时蛋重73.15%;不含剩余蛋黄体重为37.8220克,占入孵时蛋重62.06%,即物质总利用率为62.06%。4.蛋内含物的总能量,入孵开始时99.47kcal(416.48kJ),但随着胚胎增长而减少,至新雏鸡出壳时减少32.58kcal(136.40kJ),即能量损耗32.75%。1. Observation on the change of shell, albumen, yolk, and embryonic composition of 203 fertile eggs of Ross hen and their energy content during the entire incubation period was conducted. The averaged weight of egg in pre-incubation was 60. 94(SD=4. 77) g, which lost weight averaged 18. 41 % of initial weight of egg during the entire incubation period for 21 days.2.During pre—Incubation the fresh shell, albumen,and yolk of egg composition took 10.67%,60.43%,and 28.90% of egg weight, respectively, but dry shell,albumen,and yolk composition took 29.58%,24.13%,and 46.29% of egg dry weight respectively. At 19 days of incubation the albumen composition has been utilized entirely by embronlc development.The resldualyolk reserved 6.7569gor 38.4% of the initial weight of flesh yolk just after hatching, when residual shell reserved 79.1% of the initial weight of fresh shell.3.Hatching weight of free—residual yolkaveraged 37.822g,which value equalled 62.06% Of th6 initisl Weight of incubstion 6gg,so that,the utilization rate of egg composition material was 62.06% during the entire embryonic development period.4.The total energy value ofcontent averaged 99.47kcal or 416.48kJ during pre—incubation,but the value decreased with incubation time increased,Just at hatching the total energy value of egg content has decreased for 32.58kcal or 136.40kJ,so that,the cost rate of energy was 32.75% during the entire embryonic development in egg.
