EFFECTS OF HYPOXIA ON CARDIOPULMONARY FUNCTION AND WORK EFFICIENCY OF MIGRATORS AT DIFFERENT ALTITUDES

摘  要:采用现场直接法测试最大摄氧量评价心肺功能,用WHO—NCTB评价行为功能和作业工效。共观察257例,18项基础生理指标。结果显示,平原人移居3680m高原后,早期体力下降明显,经7月—15月适应后,体力可逐步恢愎,达到稳定。4350m移居者各项指标均较3680m移居者低,7月后可达稳定,但最大摄氧量仍比平原下降21%。低氧对3680m移居者作业工效的影响,表现在反应速度变慢,工效下降,而4350m移居者已开始累及记忆功能,提示低氧的蓄积效应。In order to evaluate the cardiopulmonary function and work efficiency of the migrators, their VO2max and WHO-NCTB were measured. The results showed that after lived at 3680m altitude for 7-15 months, their cardiopulmonary function could recover slowly, but the values of their VO2max was still lower than that of the plainmen. Hypoxia made the reactive speed slow, active harmoniousness and work efficiency decrease. Compared with the subjects at 3680m altitude, the cardiopulmonary function and work efficiency of the migrators at 4350m altitude were lower, especially their memory was poorer, which indicated the accumulative effects of the hypoxia on the central nerve system of the human body.
