摘　　要：A new kind of vitamin B(12) coenzyme analogues-2', 5' dideoxycyticobinamide (2' dAdoCbi), 5'-deoxythmidylcobinamide (ThyCbi) and 2', 5' -dideoxycytidylcobinamide (2' dCytCbi) were synthesized by a new route in which deoxynucleosidylcobalamins directly reacted with freshly prepared Ce (OH)3 to remove the di -methylbezimidazole (DBZM) nucleotide.
