摘　　要：走向立体,走向多元,这是改革时代的一种趋势,也是深圳市华盛实业股份有限公司多年来的执着追求。而今,这样的追求是否实现了,请看如下情况:深圳市华盛实业股份有限公司前身是深圳市华盛进出口贸易公司。改革开放以来,原公司努力适应社会主义市场经济,以立体式、多元化的发展企业为目标,积极开发新货源,拓宽进出口渠道,扩大远洋贸易。与此同步,还注重发展实业,增强企业后劲。Shenzhen Municipal Huasheng Industrial and Commercial Stock Co.Ltd is a stock system enterprise with the state holding stock,other enterprises sharing stock and internal staff holding some stock.It is a diversified export-oriented busi- ness entity integrating trade and industry,trade and agriculture,trade and technol- ogy with the right of foreign trade and state port declaration right.
