ALTERATIONS OF ERYTHROCYTE RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION AND TREATMENT EFFECT OF CAPTORIL

摘  要:为探讨高血压病红细胞流变特性变化规律,本文检测了25例高血压病患者的红细胞变形性,红细胞聚集性,红细胞氧释放系数等多项指标,发现:高血压病患者高、低切变率下的全血粘度(WBV),红细胞硬度指数(TK值),红细胞聚集指数(RAI),血沉方程K值,红细胞压积(Hct)均显著高于正常组,而红细胞变形指数(DI)及红细胞氧释放系数(OD值),红细胞平均体积(MCV)显著低于正常组。DI与患者DBP和MAP是显著负相关,DI与OD值及MCV是显著正相关。卡普托利可显著改善红细胞变形性,降低红细胞聚集性和全血粘度,升高OD值,从而达到降压目的。In order to investigate the alterations of erythrocyte rheology of essential hypertension (EHT). erythrocyte deformability index (DI), red cell aggregation index (RAI), erythrocyte oxygen delivery rate (OD), et al, are studied in 25 patients with EHT. The results show, that erythrocyte deformability index and oxygen delivery rate and the mean volume of red cell (MCV) are decreased significantly, but the red cell aggregation index, red cell TK value, erythrocyte sedimentation equation K value and whole blood viscosity (WBV) at 230s-1 and 5. 76s-1, are greater in comparison with the control group. DI is inversely correlated with diastolic blood pressure, positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure, positively correlated with OD and MCV. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) could correct the above -mentioned hemorheologi- cal alterations, along with lowering blood pressure. The results suggest that erythrocyte rheology may play a role in the pathogenesis of EHT.and ACEI can correct the alterations of erythrocyte rheological properties.
