摘 要:本文对我院和西安市二所大医院确诊的243例流行性出血热各期患者的9项血液流变学检测指标进行了统计分析,对95例EHF 患者进行了甲皱微循环的动态观测。结果发现EHF患者各期血液流变学指标较正常对照组有异常的变化:全血粘度(高切、低切)、血浆粘度及红细胞压积在发热期高于正常,在低血压休克期明显高于正常,而少尿期却较正常人低。微循环观测结果也显示各期有较大的差异,加权积分值分别为3.22±1.09,12.07±1.94,6.55±1.32,4.43±1.37和2.89±1.77。This paper reports the modification of hemorheology and microcirculation in 243 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever of each phase. The results show that indices of hemorheology of the various phases of EHF differ obviously from normal control group, whole blood viscosity (in high and low shear) ,plasma ,specific viscosity, hematocrit were higher than the normal group in febrile phase. They were higest in hypotensive shock phase and lower than normal control group in diuretic phase. Results of nailfold microcirculation observation and measurement indicate, too, great a difference in each phase of EHF, and the integral value of weight were respectively 3.22±1.09,12.07±1.94,6.55±1. 324,4.43±1.37 and 2.89±1. 77 at the different phases.
