摘  要:The concept of floodplain geoecosyStem has hen intfodutal to study the upstrcamdsmchannel adjustment, with the HongShan Reservoir as an example. Before alld after theconstruction of the HongShan Reservoir, the succession of the fioodplain geoecosyStem in thewide-valley river reach upstream the reservoir can be generalized as three stageS, namely, thesemi-desert gcoecosyStem, the marsh and swamp geoecosyStem and the agricultural ecosyStem.InfluenCed by the changing fioodplain gcoeresyStem, the Channel boundary material has benreformed greatly, and as a result, the Channel b ̄mes wider alld narrower, and the Channelpattern has been transformed from a wandering braided to a meandering one.The concept of floodplain geoecosyStem has hen intfodutal to study the upstrcamdsmchannel adjustment, with the HongShan Reservoir as an example.
