摘 要:对河北省玉米茎腐病优势种禾谷镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌和腐霉菌进行了接种技术和玉米品种抗病性的研究。结果表明,三种病原菌单独接种或复合菌接种都能使玉米产生典型茎腐病株;复合菌株接种的致病率接近或高于单菌株致病率的平均值;播种前和6~8叶期接种较常规撒粉期接种发病率高;应用于玉米品系的抗病性鉴定。The inoculation techniques of Fusarium graminearum Schwabe, F. moniliforme Sheld. and Pythium sp. , the three dominate pathogens causing corn stalk rot in Hebei Province, and the resistance identification of corn varieties were studied. The results showed that either single or mixture inoculation with the three pathogens could cause the typical symptom of corn stalk rot. And the pathogenesis rates of the mixture inoculation before seeding and at 6-8 leaves stage were higher than that at the convention pollinating stage. These results can be used in identifying disease resistance of corn varieties and selecting the hybrid corn and self-bred line with resistances to the three pathogens.
