摘　　要：大精设备是高校从事教学、科研及产品开发的重要条件，是学校综合实力的体现。管理和使用好大精设备，充分发挥大精设备的效益，是校领导、职能部门和使用单位及管理人员的神圣责任。本文对大精设备的现状及管理进行了分析．并针对存在的问题提出了改进措施。Large-size and precise equipments are the most important basis for teaching and product- developing,and they are usually regurded as representations of the general power of an university,So it is a holy reSponsibility for schcol leadeers and concerned units to manage and make good use of them.It must be paid attention to earry out some measures to further enhance the management level and benifit.
