摘  要:根据解剖学分析,人体动脉系统可以看作为从主动脉根部开始,在离心脏40cm、80cm和140cm处具有不同长度和截面积的三根相连接的管道。该三段式传输线模型能呈现出人体动脉系统在微小动脉集中的动脉终端处的脉动波反射的固有特性。模型的各段经优化后可使模型与人体动脉系统的输入阻抗的幅频值和相频值相符合。通过模拟心脏的流量和压力波,该模型可作为研究心血管系统的血液动力学的计算机模型和物理模型。Through anatomic study, human arterial system could be considered as a continuum of 3 segments of tube of unequal lengths and cross-sectional areas originating from aortic root at 40 cm, 80 cm and 140 cm respectively from the heart. This 3-segment transmission line model may represent the prominent characteristics of human arterial system in which pulse wave reflections can only occur at pre-capillary sphincter level near arterial terminations. Values of each segment of this model were adjusted to give an optimum match to aortic input impedance both in values of modulus and phase frequencies. By stimulating cardiac output and pressure, this model, as a computer model or a physical model, allows us to study the hemodynamic performances of the cardiovascular system.
