摘　　要：本文介绍一种一氧化氮合成酶活性测定的改良方法。用这一方法测定了大鼠９种组织以及血清和血浆中一氧化氮合成酶的活性，并比较了正常与高血压大鼠小脑、大脑、肝脏和肾脏中一氧化氮合成酶活性的变化。modified method for determination of nitric oxide synthase activities in tissues has been introduced.Using this method,we test the nitric oxide synthase activities in nine tissues,serum,and plasma of rats and compare the changes in nitric oxide synthase activities in cerebellum,cerebrum,kidney and liver of nor-motensive and spontaneously hypertensive rats.
