丹麦长白猪泌乳特性及营养利用的研究

摘　　要：在定时不限量喂饲条件下，丹麦长白母猪哺乳期日采食消化能２２．２兆卡，可消化粗蛋白质８９１．３４克。哺乳６０天泌乳６１８．８８千克。１～２０天泌乳量占全期总泌乳量的３４．３７％，２０～４０天占４４．５３％，４０～６０天占２１．１６％。日均放乳１９次，平均每次放乳持续１１．６５秒。日泌乳１０．３１千克，泌乳高峰在产后２５～３０天。放乳次数和放乳持续时间有逐渐缩短的趋势。一昼夜各次泌乳量呈规律性的变化，上午９时左右的泌乳量明显高于凌晨３点左右的泌乳量（Ｐ＜０．０５），其他时间差异不显著。哺乳期采食量随泌乳量的增加而呈相应的变化。日均采食配含料６．５５千克，青料５．１６千克，采食高峰在３５～４０天。丹麦长白猪泌乳的消化能转化效率为７６．５７％。体重１６０～１８０千克，带仔１０～１１头，哺乳期减重１５～２０千克的经产母猪每天供给消化能２０６５７～１９７２９千卡，可消化粗蛋白８２６～７８９克为宜。The tested sows produced 618.88kg milk each within 60 days 1 Lactation period under conditions of fixed feeding time but not rationted with consumption of DE 22 22 Mcal and DCP 891 34g a day. Milk yield from 1d to 20d, 20d to 40d and 40d to 60d accounted for 34 37%,44 57% and 21 16% respectively of the total yield in 60 days. The daily average milking times were 19, with each milking duration of 11 65 seconds and milk production 10 31kg. The peak period of lactation occured at 25-30d The milking times per day and milk quantity each time tended to decrease gradually. The milk quantity changed regularly in 24 hours at about 9 00a.m being much more than at 3 00a.m (P<0 05). Also, milk increases correspondimgly with the feed intake appeared in 35-40days when the sows was fed with 6 55kg concentrate and 5 16kg green feed. The conversion efficiency of digestible energy was 75 57% for the sows.It was concluded that 19 7-20 7M cal of DE and 789-826g DCP each day is suitable for a sow of Danish Landrace which has a bodyweight of 160-180kg and 10-11 piglets and the sow would lose its weight of 15-20kg in the whole lactation period.
