摘 要:本实验观察了硝普钠(SNP)使MAP分别下降10%、20%、30%、40%及50%时血流动力学变化,当MAP下降幅度>30%以上时,HR显著增快,但CI、SVI、LSWI均显著下降。LSWI下降幅度大于PAWP。当MAP下降幅度>40%以上时,CVP、PAP显著降低,但PAWP、PVR仍下降不显著。硝普钠能扩张肺动脉,这可能对肺动脉高压患者有利。其降压幅度>30%则可能对心脏功能有抑制作用并可能显著减少回心血量。The hemodynamic effects of deliberate hypotension induced by SNP was investigated.The MAP was controlled to be reduced the by approximately 10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%of the control value.When MAP was reduced by more than 30% of the control,HR increased markedly,but CIm SVI,LSWI decreased significantly.The decrcase margin of LSWI was large than that of PAWP.When MAP was declined by more than 40% of the control,CVP,PAP decreased significantly,but PAWP,PVR had no sig nificant changes.The arteria pulmonalia was dilated by SNP,which might be favorable for the patient with pulmonary hypertension. When MAP was decreased to more than 30% of the control,the cardiac function maybe depressed and the cardiac blood volume was decreased significantly.
