烧伤三号抗绿脓杆菌感染的实验研究

摘　　要：近年来，我们对中药烧伤三号抗绿脓杆菌感染进行了系统的实验研究。结果证明，烧伤三号比磺胺米隆对绿脓杆菌的抑菌效果明显增强，用药后转阴时间前者为7.69±1.56d，后者为8.81±1.36d，均数差异有非常显著的临床意义（P＜O.001）。对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和变形杆菌亦有一定的抑菌作用。且无毒副作用。是一种有显著疗效的抗绿脓杆菌等感染的中药。By using a Chinese herbal medicine,Shaoshangsanhao(Burns-cure 3),we conducted a series of experiments to treat infection caused by pyocyaneus bacillus for several years.The experiments included:l）bacteriostatic tests in 1aboratory;2）bacteriostatic tests in the animal model with burn wound infection and 3）toxicity test.The result revealed that anti-infection effect of Shaoshangsanhao were more obvious than that of sulfamylonum.Time for bacterial culture to become negative after treatment with Burns-cure 3 and sulfamylonum was 8.8l±l.36（d）and 7.69±l.56（d）respectively.There was a significant difference in the mean time（P＜0.001）.The herbal medicine also had certain effect in inhibiting staphylococcus aureus,E.coli and proteus.Furthermore,Burns-cure 3 is non-toxic and side-effect-free.Burns-cure 3 is an effective Chinese herbal medicine in inhibiting pyocyaneus bacillus.
