茶树生化指标与抗螨性的相关研究

摘　　要：1992～1993年在四川省农科院茶叶研究所利用8个茶树品种,研究了咖啡碱,茶多酚、氨基酸、可溶性糖含量,叶绿素总量和叶绿素a含量等生化成分指标与茶树抗侧多食跗线螨(Ployphagotassonemus latus Banks)的相互关系.相关分析结果表明,茶树鲜叶可溶性糖含量与感螨量呈显著的正相关r=0.722;氨基酸含量与感螨量呈显著的负相关r=-0.833;其它生化成分含量对感螨量无明显影响..The relationship of biochemical indexes including the contents of caffine, polyphenol, amino acid, chlorophyl and chlorophyl-a with the resistance to Polyphagotarsonemus latus Banks of 8 tea varieties were reseached in 1992-1993. The results of correlation analysis showed that the content of soluble sugar had a significantly positive correlation with the amount of infected mite of tea variety, r = 0. 722* ,the content of amino acid had a significantly negative correlation with that, r=-0. 833* , the other indexes not affected to that.
