猪肠道无芽孢厌氧菌定位、定量和定性的研究

摘　　要：本研究采用离子色谱分析法分析细菌代谢产物，结合微生物学鉴定和微量快速 生化反应．其结果是：猪空场、直肠肠内容物中４种专性厌氧菌群分别包括的 种。在空场段乳酸杆菌有嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、 短乳杆菌、布氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌７个种。双歧杆菌有短双歧杆菌、嗜热 双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、双歧双歧杆菌、球双歧杆菌、小双歧杆菌６个种。拟 杆菌有脆弱拟杆菌、多型拟杆菌、卵型拟杆菌、栖瘤胃拟杆菌、吉氏拟杆菌、 单形拟杆菌６个种，而弯曲杆菌在空肠只有弯曲杆菌个１种，共２０个种。在直肠段 的乳酸杆菌有植物乳酸杆菌、短乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌，保加利亚 乳杆菌５个种。双歧杆菌有球双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、青春双歧歧菌、小双歧杆 菌、嗜热双歧杆菌、双歧双歧杆菌时６个种；拟杆菌有脆弱拟杆菌、多型拟杆菌、 卵型拟杆菌、不解糖拟杆菌４个种和结肠弯曲杆菌１个种共１６个种。进一步证明 乳杆双歧杆菌、拟杆菌和弯曲杆菌是猪场道正常微生物群。The methods including Ionchromatography microbiologic identify and rapid microbiochemistric reactions were chosen. The numbers (log10'/g) of four kinds of nonliving bacillus anaerobic in jcjuni and rectum of the healty piglets were measured for the first in China. The results showed that there are 20 time species of nonliving bacillus anaerobic in jejuni (L. acidophilus, L. plantartum. L. casei. L. fermenfum. L. bvevis, L buchner. L. bavaricus; B. breve, B. thermophilum, B. adolescent is, B. bifidum, B. globosum. B. minimum; B. fragilis B. the thetaiotaomieron, B. ovatus, B. ruminicola, B. distasonis, B. uniformis and C. jejuni) and 16 species in vectum (L. plantarfum, L. brevis. L. fermentum. L. casei. L, bavaticus, B. globosum, B. breve, B. adolescentis,. B. minimum. B..thermophilum. B. blfidum; B. fragilis,B. thetaiotaomieron, B. ovatus, B. asacchatolyticus and C. colous).. The predominant papulation of nonliving bacillus anaerobic intestines of swine; is Lactobacillus Bifidobacterium, Bacteroides and campylobacter.
