摘 要:本文对饲喂微生物添加剂肉用仔鸡的肝、肾、小肠、大肠、肺、脾相同部位取 材,作高碘酸──Schiff反应(PAS反应)细胞化学勘定.结果表明:试验组鸡 小肠、大肠、肾、脾、肺PAS阳性率高于对照组,细胞多糖增加。而肝则试验 组PAS阳性率低于对照组,机体对糖原利用加速。鸡多糖代谢水平增高,生长 性能改变,肉鸡生长加速。The organ samples in the same sites on the small intestine. large intestine, liver, spleen, kidneys, and lungs of 60 broiler chicks fed '8901' and 30 ones without '8901'were taken for three batches, respectively. The cyto-chemical determination was conducted using Periodic Acid-Schiff' s reaction (PAS reaction). The result showed that, except livers, the positive rate of PAS in the respective organ cells of the treated chicks was higher than than of the control. resulting in more intracellular polyaaccharide. In terms of livers, the treated chicks showed lower positive rate than the control, producing higher speed of utilizatng the body glycogen. The body had higher metabolic level of polysaccharide, better performance, and higher growth rate.
