鸡微生物饲料添加剂对肉用仔鸡促生长研究

摘　　要：本研究采用芽孢杆菌Ｂ０１制成的活菌制剂作为仔鸡的饲料添加剂，进行饲喂试 验．结果表明：①试验组与对照组比较，平均每只增重提高２１．６ ％（Ｐ＜０．０１）， 饲料消耗降低１０． １％（Ｐ＜０． ０５）；②该菌剂对防治雏鸡白痢有明显效果，显著降 低了雏鸡肠内大肠杆菌数（Ｐ＜０.０１ ）。The lively bacterial preparation-Bacillus B01 has been used for chick feed additive. A total of 320 broilers was used in 3 conducted tests. The effect of gut bacterial flora was done. The results shew that average gain of treated groups increased 15. 56% compared with the control groups (P<0. 01), feed conversion rate decreased 15. 68% compared with the control groups (P<0. 05). The preparation also had objective effective, for preventive pullorosis, and had decreased the quantity of E. coli in the gut of broiler (P<0. 01), and had no remarkable effective to the Laetobacillus.
