饲用芽孢杆菌大罐液体培养生产工艺研究

摘　　要：本文报告对实验室筛出的饲用芽孢杆菌进行了大罐液体培养生产工艺的研究， 基本解决了该芽抱杆菌有关菌种大罐液体培养方法、芽孢生成条件、菌体收集 及相关技术问题，建立起的大罐液体培养生产工艺，与实验室固体培养法相比， 显著降低了成本，提高了效率，产品质量得到保证和提高，为饲用芽孢杆菌添 加剂的工厂化批量生产奠定了基础。Food Additive made of live Bacillus is useful for increasing growth and mreventing diseases of livestock and poultry, It is reported in the paper that a fermentor of 1200L capacity is used for mass cultivation of live Bacillus. It is studied how the bacteria in the fermentor are cultured, the spores of the cells form and the mass bacteria are collected. In comparison with the method of plate cultivation in laboratory, the productivity raises considerably, the tedious procedures of processing can be avoided and the quality of the products can be assured.
