摘  要:一定的水稻品种以无菌水培和砂培,待秧苗长到一定时期,用一定浓度的合成植物生长激素2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2.4-D)或二甲四氯钠处理水稻根系,并接种田菁茎瘤根瘤菌(AzorhizobiumCaulinodans),处理后10-15天水稻根系产生瘤状结构(类根瘤),20天后水稻类根瘤经电镜检查,发现根瘤菌已侵入水稻根系,以及根瘤菌在水稻类根瘤内转化形成的类菌体。不同的水稻品种和不同浓度的2,4-D或二甲四氯钠处理,植株的生长状况和根系的结瘤状况各不相同。在参试的11个水稻品种中以湘晚籼4号等四个品种结瘤状况较好。水稻水培2,4-D处理浓度以0.5ppm较为适宜;水稻砂培2,4-D处理浓度以1ppm、二甲四氯钠以2ppm较为适宜.Certain rice varieties,after culturc by stcrilized water or sand,were treated in their seedling's root systems with 2.4-D 2M-4X、MCPA of various concentrations,and inoculated with the nodule bacterium( Azorhizobium Caulinodans).Some nodule-likes,which are structures similar to the nodules,formed in the root system 10--15 days later.And 20 days later the nodule bacterium was found to invade the root system and transform into bacterium--likes under electronic microscope inspection.The plant growth and nodulation varied with the rice varieties and the concentrations of 2.4-D and 2M-4x、MCPA Xiang wan Xian 4(a late rice) and the other three out of the ll varieties tested showed better nodulation.0.5ppm of 2.4-D was available concentration for the water cultured and lppm of 2.4--D or 2ppm of 2M--4x,MCPA were available for the sand cultered.
