摘　　要：本文提出基于酶解图谱技术的基因组基因定位的计算机方法，用于连接定位从克隆分析得到的数据．我们选择了若干例子作为研究对象，尝试了该方法的有效性．结果表明，计算机方法性能良好，可望成为大基因组基因定位的有用工具．In this paper,the computer approach of genome mapping,based on the technology of fingerprint,is presented to connect and map the data from clones analysis.Several examples are selected as study subjects to test the effectiveness of this approach.The result shows that the computer approach performs well and is expected to be an effective tool to large genome mapping.
