耳穴变阻点电冲击治疗颈椎病200例疗效分析

摘　　要：本文通过电脉冲刺激，使信息循行感传，气至病所，达到解痉止痛，改善微循环，增强机体免疫力的目的，根据病人的自觉症状及阳性体征，结合Ｘ片的勃口征象分型，辨证取穴，随症加减，标本同治。共治疗颈椎病２００例，痊愈９９例，显效６４例，有效３２例，无效５例，有效率为９７．５％。The author applied electric pulse stimulation on auricular resistance-changed points to treat 200 cases of cervicalspondylopethy.The method can make needling sensationpropagate along meridians and reach the local diseased region so as to relieve spem, arrest pain, improve microcirculation and enhance the immune function. All syndromeswere differentiated and acupoints were selected accordingto patients positive signs and symptoms and PathologicalX-ray manifestations. In the result, 99 cases were cured,88 remarkably improved, 32 improved and 5 unimproved, with the total effective rate of 97. 5%.
