针刺合药物穴位注射治疗经行头痛

摘　　要：治疗组１５０例按中医辨证分型，在经行头痛前１天，或经行始感头痛时，达百会穴以针刺合药物注射治疗，每日１次，７次为一疗程，每月经周期治疗一疗程。对照组７５例，以常用西药日３～４次口服治疗。经一至四疗程治疗观察，治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时发现本疗法对经行头痛伴随水肿、失眠、烦躁等症状及微循环障碍亦有良好的疗效。One hundred fifty cases of menstrual headache were treated with acupuncture combined with injection of medicine into points, which was applied one day before menstrual headache or at the onset of headache during the menstrual period. Baihui (GV20) Point was selected. The treatment was employed once every day. Seven treatments made a course and one course of treatments were given forevery menstrual Period. Seventy five cases were taken as the control, and treated with Western medicine routinely.It was observed that the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01)after 1-4 courses of treatments. It was found that the method mentioned above also provided satisfactory therapeutic effect on some other symptoms such as edema, insomnia dysphorin and disturbance of microcirculation.
