摘　　要：利用针刺使胃肠功能及动力学发生变化的原理，我们采用针刺配合Ｘ线造影检查上消化道疾病９８例。在十二指肠球部变形４０例中，有３０例针刺后显示龛影或暴露龛影，４例显示正常，６例无改变。在胃窦部狭窄及变形，食道下端狭窄及变形的５８例中，有４２例解除痉挛，蠕动增强，钡剂通过顺利，有利于检查顺利进行。在无改变的１６例中，１４例为癌肿所致。实践证明，针刺配合Ｘ线造影，有助于提高诊断率。Ear or body acupuncture was used as an assistantmeans for diagnosis of diseases at the upper part of the di-gestive tract by x-ray contrast examination.It was shownthat by means of acupuncture the local state of the affectedfocus was improved, and spasm was relieved, resulting inBa agent smooth passing through the tract, which made thepathological changes detectable. Therefore, the reliabilityof the diagnosis was increased. Besides, using the.methodmentioned above, the nature of a tumour at the focus maybe differentisted, for wich it is clinically practical.
