摘　　要：本文讨论了“阳明虚致痿”的根本原因是气血亏虚，由此拟定以益气养血为原则的针灸处方，取得了理想的临床疗效。从而表明中医理论对针灸临床所具有的重要指导意义。Based on the viewpoint that the essential cause of deficiency of Yangming induces flaccidity is due to loss and deficiency of.vital energy and blood,the author preseribed for patients to supplement the vital energy and nourish blood and obtained satisfactory therapeutic effects. It indicates that a theory is improtant in guiding clinical practice.
