扩冠Ⅰ号糖衣片对缺血性心脏病心绞痛患者血浆心房利钠因子含量的影响  

Effect of Kuoguan Ⅰ(扩冠Ⅰ号)on Level of Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Factor in Patients with Angina Pectoris

摘　　要：本临床试验通过放射免疫分析,以随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、交叉设计研究发现,32例心绞痛患者口服扩冠Ⅰ号糖衣片2周后,血浆免疫活性心房利钠因子含量降低(P<0.05)。其机理可能是扩冠Ⅰ号糖衣片能够抑制内源性具有自身调节作用的心房利钠因子之合成和(或)分泌。另外观察到,心绞痛患者的血浆免疫活性心房利钠因子含量与20名健康人对照组相比显著性增高(P<0.01)。表明血浆心房利钠因子含量可作为心绞痛的监测指标之一。A randomized,double-blind,crossover,placebo-controlled study was carried out in 32 patients with angina peetoris of ischemic heart disease to investigate the changes of patients plasma immunoreactive atrial natriuretic factor(IR-ANF)using radioimmunoassay.After two weeks of taking the sugar-coated tablets of Kuoguan I, IR-ANF concentrations drop from 171.58±26.43 to 166.49±25.17ng/L.(P<0.05).The mechanism was Kuoguan I might inhibit the synthesis and/or secretion of self-regulator endogenous ANF.It was also observed that plasma IR-ANF concentrations of patients with angina pectoris(171.90±26.88ng/L)were more than that of control group(151.38±16.40ng/L.P<0.01).It revealed that the concentration of plasma IR-ANF could be considered as one of indexes for monitoring angina pectoris.
