中西医结合非手术疗法治愈溃疡病急性穿孔318例

摘　　要：本文总结了采用中西医结合非手术疗法治疗318例溃疡病急性穿孔的经验。全部病例均按拟定的适应症严格选择,以针刺、中药配合西医的抗炎、静脉补液、口服抗渍疡病药物治愈出院257例,占80.82%。并对其中120例2～15年的随访结果进行评定,优良率达75%。Three hundred and Eighteen acute perforation of peptic ulcer patients were cured by non-operative TCM- WM therapy since 1976 to 1990.and they were compared with those of operative therapy(subtotal gastrectomy and gastrorrhaphy)on the aspects of mean hospitalization period,complication incidence during hospitalization. Also assessment on the follow-up of 120 cases has been conducted.It is considered that the short and long term efficacy were affirmed if the indication was strictly adhered.
