脾虚泄泻与血浆和肠组织中胃动素的关系

摘　　要：用放射免疫分析法测定了25例脾虚泄泻患者及12只利血平致脾虚大鼠模型血浆和上段小肠胃动素的含量,发现脾虚泄泻者上段小肠胃动素含量下降,脾虚模型大鼠血浆和上段小肠胃动素含量均下降。认为脾虚失健运与上段小肠胃动素含量下降有密切的关系。By means of radioimmunoassay,the plasma and upper small intestinal tissues concentration of motilin in chronic diarrhea(CD)patients with Spleen-Deficiency(SD)and the reserpine caused rat SD model was determined.Results:(1)Compared with patients without SD.either with or without CD.the duodenal mucosal concentration of motilin in CD-SD patients was significantly decreased.(2)The plasma and upper small intestinal concentration of motilin in the rat SD model were reduced when compared with that in normal rats and the rats treated with Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤).Conclusion:The upper small intestinal concentration of motilin in patients might be closely related to the Spleen-Deficiency.
