黄芪合剂加干扰素治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：本文报告黄芪合剂加干扰素与单一干扰素治疗轮状病毒肠炎92例的双盲对照研究,并对治疗前后的免疫指标及血液粘滞性进行了检测。92例患者随机分为黄芪合剂加干扰素组(治疗组)54例,干扰素组(对照组)38例。结果治疗组总有效率为98.15%,对照组为84.21%。治疗组部分免疫指标治疗后有明显提高,血粘滞性有明显降低。A double-blind trial in the 92 rotavirus gastroenteritis patients,randomly divided into Astragalus membranaceus mixture with interferon group(54 cases)as the treated group,and interferon group(38 cases)as control was reported.The immunological index and blood viscosity were determined in these patients.Results showed lhat the total effective rate in the treated group and in the control group were 98.15% and 84.21% respectively.The immunological index of the treated group increased significantly,while that of blood viscosity reduced markedly.
