健脾活血泻火法治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫学机理探讨

摘　　要：对38例原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)运用健脾活血泻火法进行治疗,除测定 T 淋巴细胞亚群、血小板表面相关抗体(PAIg)等免疫指标,还进行了抗巨噬细胞抗体(抗M抗体)的检测,结果发现 ITP 患者血清抗 M抗体的百分值明显高于正常对照(P<0.05);经中药治疗该抗体百分值下降,阳性率由52.63%降至10.53%。Thirty-eight idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)patients have been treated with the recipe of invigorating the Spleen.promoting blood circulation and eliminating fire-evil(ISPBEF).The blood platelet counts,the platelet associated antibody,the peripheral lymphocyte subpopulation and anti-macrophage antibodies were determined.Results suggested that there were anti-macrophage antibodies in the serum of patients with ITP.The recipe of ISPBEF could effectively reduce the amount of anti-macrophage antibody and regulate the cellular and humoral immune functions.
