血清C反应蛋白浓度与心虚证病情严重程度的联系

摘　　要：用激光散射比浊法测定了86例伴有不同程度心虚证的器质性心脏病患者的血清 C 反应蛋白(CRP)浓度,旨在了解 CRP 浓度与心虚证病情严重程度的联系。结果显示:在中医阴阳两虚～非虚证组和西医心功能Ⅳ～Ⅰ级组中的 CRP 浓度均呈递减现象;中医各组与西医心功能Ⅳ～Ⅰ级组中相应各组的 CRP 浓度无显著差异;CRP 浓度与左室射血分数相关密切(r=-0.75,P<0.01)。提示:CRP 浓度与心虚证病情严重程度有关;CRP 浓度可作为判断心力衰竭和心虚证病情严重程度的参考指标。Serum C-reactive protein(CRP)concentration were determined in 86 patients with various organic heart disease by laser scattering turbidimetric method to study the relationship between the CRP level and the severity of the Heart Deficiency.The patients were divided into four groups including Heart Yin and Yang Deficiency (group A);Heart Yang Deficiency(group B):Heart Qi and Yin Deficiency(group C):and Non-Deficiency Syndrome(group D).They were also divided into 1.2.3.and 4 degree of cardiac function.Results:In 17 cases of group A.16 were 4 degree of cardiac function.1 was 3 degree:in 20 cases of group B.15 were 3 degree.5 were 2 degree:in 29 cases of group C.5 were 3 degree.2J,were 2 degree:in 20 cases of group 1).all of them were 1 degree.The CRP concentration in group A～D and 4～1 degree of cardiac function decreased gradually and was closely related with left ventricular ejection fraction(P<0.01).The average amount of CRP concentration in the group A～D were at the correspondanl level in the 4～1 degree of cardiacfunction.It suggested that CRP concentration is closely related with Heart Deficiency Syndrome:CRP concentration could be considered as one of the objective parameter for the severity of heart Deficiency and heart failure.
