补阳还五汤延缓衰老的临床研究

摘　　要：共观察老年及老年前期的高脂血症140例,其中治疗组90例(服补阳还五汤),阳性对照组50例(服γ-月见草-E 丸)。结果表明,本方不仅能显著降血脂,而且降胆固醇及提高高密度脂蛋白的疗效均优于对照组(P<0.0s～0.001),且能显著改善血浆粘度、全血粘度及全血还原粘度,降低纤维蛋白原,抑制血小板聚集(P均<0.001)。其疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05～0.001)。此外,本方尚能显著降低血浆过氧化脂质、红细胞过氧化脂质及提高血浆超氧化物歧化酶、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(P<0.001).其疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。说明本方确有延缓衰老作用。To assess the retarding aging effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang(BHT),90 senile and pre-senile patients with hyperlipemia were treated with BHT and another 50 patients were medicated with evening primrose oil-vitamin E as a control.Results showed:(1)BHT was able to not only decrease the level of total cholesterol(TC)(P< 0.01)and serum trinitroglyceride(TG)(P<0.05),but also increase the level of serum HDL(P<0.001).Its effects to TC and HDL were significantly more potent than the control drug(P<0.05～0.001).(2)It could improve plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and reduced viscosity while reduce the level of serum fibrinogen (P<0.001),and was better than the control(P<0.01).(3)It could inhibit platelet aggregation(P<0.001) and its efficacy of inhibiting spontaneous platelet aggregation was higher than control(P<0,05).(4)Reduction of plasma lipid peroxidation,erythrocyte lipid peroxidation and elevation of superoxide dismutase of serum and erythrocyte were observed(P<0.001).and was superior to the control(P<0.01).Our results confirmed that BHT had the effects of retarding aging and preventing senife disease.
