39例原发性视网膜色素变性患者的眼血流图观察及与脉络瘀阻的关系

摘　　要：对39例原发性视网膜色素变性(RP)患者的眼血流图(ROG)进行对比观察,初步发现患者的 ROG 特征是以倾斜波及低峰波多见,血流灌注指数及血流排放指数下降。此结果为中医“脉道瘀滞”的理论及“活血化瘀”治疗本病提供了血液动力学方面的客观依据。The rheophthalmogram(ROG)of 39 cases(78 eyes)with retinitis pigmentosa(RP)showed:mostly there were slant waves and low-plain waves in RP cases:the irrigation and drainage index of the blood stream in each eye were often low.It indicated that the local vascular elasticity abated in affected eyes:the vascular resistance increased:the speed of blood flow reduced.These results supported that the Blood Stasis existed in RP cases' vessels,and might provide the objective foundation in haemodynamics for relieving the Blood Stasis to be used in treating the patient with RP.
