摘 要:确定了橡胶树(Heveabrasiliensis)橡胶转移酶(Rubber,Transferase)是处于橡胶粒子上的膜蛋白而不是处于乳精中的水溶性蛋白。对橡胶树热研4号、PR107和热研35号开割后的植株的橡胶转移酶于不同温度下测定其活性,发现在4—50℃范围内,酶于25℃时表现出较高的活性,且在任何温度下,酶活性与各品系的橡胶产量呈正相关。对橡胶树热研7—33—97、RRIM600、海垦1号、PB86和天任3145一年生幼苗的转移酶活性测定结果也表明,酶活性与各品系的产胶量也呈显著的正相关。这些事实说明,橡胶转移酶是橡胶生物合成的关键酶,因此,克隆、转化橡胶转移酶基因以期创造高产抗逆橡胶树新品系就存在可能性。橡胶转移酶有可能成为早期预测的可靠指标而用于橡胶树的选育种工作。Rubber transferase(RT) from Hevea basiliensis was found to be a mem-brane protein located on rubber particles and not a hydrophillc protein exi-sting in latex serum.The activities of RTs in rubber trees from cultivarsSCATC4, PR107 and SCATC35 which have been tapped for several year were determined under different temperatures ranging from 4 ℃ to 50℃. Theresults sliow the highest activity of RT at 25℃ and a positive correlation atany temperature between the RT activities and the yields of various cultiv-urs.Detection of RT activities of one year old trees from SCATC7-33-97,RRIM600,Haikenl,PB86 and Tianren 3145 demonstrates a significant posi-ive correlation betwecn their RT activities and rubber yields.These factssuggest that RT should be key enzyme in rubber biosynthesis and hence thepossibility of creating high yielding and resistant rubber trees by RT cloni-ng and transfering.RT is likJy to become a reliable index for yield predict-ion of rubber trees at the nurserny stage in breeding programme.
