摘 要:来自RO、AC、MT的野生橡胶种质和栽培品种的酯酶同工酶谱带有17条,第9条带为共同带,第1,2,4条带为基本酶带。不同地区的野生种质和栽培品种的酶谱相关,均达到极显著。同时具有第1,2,4,9条带的酶谱类型占类型总数的67%。故认为野生种质和栽培品种起源相同,来自一个共同的祖先,这个祖先酯酶谱可能均具有1,2,4,9四条带。来自AC和MT的种质变异类型比较丰富。Amazon wild gernlplasms(from Rondonia,Acre and Moto-Gorsso)and cultivars of Hevea brasiliensis were determined in terms of esterase isozy-me. 17 bands of esterase isozyme were found,of which band 9 was common and bands 1,2& 4 fundamental. The gernlplasms from various areas discl-osed a highly significant relation with the cultivars in zymogram and the zymogram types of bands 1,2,4 & 9 made up 69% of the total,It is ther-efore believed that the wild germplasms and tbe cultivars all originated from a forefather,and the origin of this species would possibly display bands 1,2,4 & 9 in esterase isozyme. The germplasms from Acre and Moto Grosso showed more variation types tban others,implying that tbey are promising materials for breeding and selectiom programme.
