摘 要:采用由我们研制的植物低温保护剂对番茄幼苗抗寒力的影响。用植物低温保护剂处理番茄幼苗,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧比氢酶(CAT)活性升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量及电导率降低。脯氨酸、可溶性总糖和叶绿素含量增加;根和叶的TTC还原率同步增大,电导率同步降低;抗寒力鉴定结果表明:番茄幼苗可抵抗-2℃─-5℃[-2℃(5h)─-3℃(3h)-─4℃(3h)─-5℃(1h)]长达12小时的低温,田间结果表明,番茄幼苗可抵抗-2℃─4℃低温长达一周。This paper studied the effect of the cold hardiness of plant low temperature protection agent on the tomato seedlings. After spray Plant low temperature protection agent by us prepared tomato seedlings, increased the enzyme activities of superoxide dismutases (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) but the content of MDA and the electrical conductivity rate decreased. The contents of proline, soluble sugar and chlorophyll were greater incremental than that of control. The increase of the TTC reducing rate and decline of the electrical conductivity rate of the root and leave must synchronize perfectly. Result of appraisal the cold hardiness showed that tomato seedlings resisted -2℃ to -5℃[-2℃(5h)─-3℃(3h)─-4℃(3h)─-5℃(1h)]for 12 hours, in March, 1993, met resisted -2℃─4℃ for 7 days in the field.
