摘  要:目前认为氧化LDL是导致动脉硬化的重要危险因素之一。为研究氧化LDL及其脂质的变化,本文作者将11例健康人的LDL置于5μMCuCl_2,溶液中透析,并用TLC观察脂质成分的变化。结果为CE、TG随透析时间的延长而降低,FFA、FC及PL则随透析时间的延长而升高,并在透析后24小时出现明显的、代表过氧化CE的异常着色点X_1及X_2点。由于该实验方法的条件易于控制,重复性好,故为选择性测定过氧化CE的良好方法,可用于临床研究,分析CVD时氧化LDL中脂类及过氧化脂质的变化。此外尚可用于研究抗氧化LDL及抗过氧化脂质药物。It has be considered that oxidized LDL is one of the important risk factors of atherosclerosis.For researching the oxidized LDL and the changes of the lipids in the oxidized LDL,the LDL from 11 healthy persons was dialyzed into 5 μM CuCl2 solution and changes of the lipid constituents were analyzed on TLC. The results showed that CE and TG decreased with the time of the dialysis prolonged,while FFA,FC and PL increased. The spot X1 and X2 which represented the peroxidized CE were clearly found after the dialysis for 24 hours. Because the experiment is easy to be controlled and reproducible,it is a good method for assaying peroxidized CE selecetively and is useful for clinical studies to analyze the changes of lipid constituents and peroxidized lipids in oxidized LDL in cerebrovascular diseases.
