摘  要:本试验采用高淀粉品种晋薯2号、中淀粉品种内薯3号、低淀粉品种紫花白为材料,从播种后至块茎形成期,对种薯中的干物质、淀粉、氮、磷向新生器官的转移进行了研究。其结果表明:出苗前种薯的干物质和淀粉向新生器官转移量和转移速度与种薯淀粉含量成正相关;出苗后各品种转移速度加快,尤其低淀粉品种更快;至块茎形成期,各品种干物质转移率达到80%~83%,品种间差异不大。各品种种薯内氮、磷向新生器官转移的量和速度与种薯淀粉含量亦成正相关;至块茎形成期,各品种氮素的转移率达81.8%~88.1%,磷素的转移率达75%~81.2%。各品种氮素的转移率均高于磷素的转移率。Abstract In this test, taking different varieties of high, middle and low-starch contents of potatoes as material of the test, transportations of dry matter, starch, pitrogen, and phosphorus to new built organs from mother tubers were studied during the period of planting to progeny tuber formation. The results showed: before emergence of seedling, the amount and sped of substances transportated from mother tubers to new organs were positively correlated tp starch contents; after emergence of seedling, transportation speeds of substances of all varieties increased;up to the period of tuber formation transportation rate of dry matter of all varieties reached 80% ̄ 83%, all nitrogen 81.8%  ̄ 88.1% and all phosphorus 75.0% ̄ 81.8%.
